Preparation of invitations for entry into Russia

In order to get an invitation for entry into Russia a foreign citizen should do the following:

1.Send to the KSTA the following information:

• name, surname (full name);
• gender;
• date of birth (day, month, year);
• country of birth and place of birth;
• citizenship;
• series and number of the national passport, its date of issue and period of validity;
• place of constant residence (country and city);
• place of receiving the entry visa (country, city);
• place of employment (full name of the company and its address), position – for those who are employed.

2.Send a copy of the national passport by fax or by e-mail.

3.Make a prepaid charge of 1500 roubles that will be included into the payment for the study on arrival in Russia.

The period for preparing the invitation is 1 month from the moment of receiving the necessary documents.
